(For International Sales Managers — Commission Only)

Commission Policy – Baksa Global

Effective for Commission-Based Sales Positions

This Commission Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which commission-based team members (primarily International Sales Managers) are compensated by Baksa Global.

This document ensures transparency, clarity, and professionalism in all commission payouts.

1. Purpose of This Policy

The purpose of this policy is to define:

  • Eligibility for commission
  • When commission becomes payable
  • How commission is calculated
  • Conditions required for release of payment

This protects both the company and the sales partner while ensuring clear expectations.

2. Commission Eligibility

A sales partner is eligible for commission only when:

  1. They have sourced and closed the buyer independently.
  2. The buyer places an order directly linked to the sales partner’s efforts.
  3. All required documents, negotiations, and communications are handled professionally.

The company reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the lead and the contribution of the sales partner.

3. Commission Payout Conditions

Commission becomes payable only after BOTH of the following conditions are met:

A. The buyer’s order has been fully shipped.

This includes:

  • Dispatch of goods from India
  • Successful handover to the logistics partner
  • Final shipping documentation issued

B. Baksa Global has received the profit in hand.

This means:

  • Buyer has cleared payment to the company
  • All costs (procurement, logistics, documentation) are settled
  • Net profit is confirmed and available

No commission is released before the company receives its profit.

4. Commission Calculation

Commission is calculated as a percentage of the net profit of the order.

Net Profit = Total Selling Price – Total Cost (procurement, freight, documentation, operations)

The specific commission percentage may vary based on:

  • Product category
  • Order size
  • Profit margin
  • Negotiation between company and sales partner

Commission percentages will be communicated in writing before deal confirmation.

5. Payment Timeline

Once the two payout conditions are satisfied, commission is released within:

7–14 business days

Payments are transferred through:

  • Bank account / wire transfer
  • UPI (for India-based partners)
  • International transfer methods (for foreign partners)

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Commission is not payable if:

  • The buyer was already in the company database
  • Another sales partner previously engaged the same buyer
  • The order does not ship
  • The buyer defaults or cancels
  • Profit cannot be verified or received
  • Misrepresentation or unprofessional conduct occurs

7. Confidentiality Requirement

All sales partners must maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Pricing
  • Supplier details
  • Buyer details
  • Company internal processes

Breaching confidentiality may result in removal and cancellation of commissions.

8. Policy Amendments

Baksa Global reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, with notice to all active sales partners.
