International Sales Manager

(Remote | Commission-Based)

Baksa Global is seeking a driven and results-oriented International Sales Manager to support our expansion into global markets. This role focuses on developing international buyers for agro commodities, industrial chemicals, and petrochemical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage international buyers through LinkedIn, email outreach, and relevant industry platforms
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with global clients
  • Present product offerings and negotiate commercial terms
  • Coordinate closely with the Mumbai office on pricing, documentation, and logistics
  • Manage end-to-end communication from initial inquiry through order confirmation
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong English communication and negotiation skills
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, exports, or international trading is preferred but not mandatory
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
  • Access to a laptop and a reliable internet connection

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission-based role only (no fixed salary)
  • Commission paid after shipment and receipt of net profit by the company
  • Earnings calculated as a percentage of net profit per completed order
  • Unlimited earning potential based on performance
