The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing shipment movements and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Track domestic and international shipments from dispatch to final delivery
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines
• Monitor delivery timelines and proactively address potential delays
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sourcing and export documentation, to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain shipment records, schedules, and logistics documentation
• Support continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and cost control

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and high level of reliability
• Basic understanding of shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
