The Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing shipment movements and coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Track domestic and international shipments from dispatch to final delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and shipping lines
- Monitor delivery timelines and proactively address potential delays
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sourcing and export documentation, to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain shipment records, schedules, and logistics documentation
- Support continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and cost control
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and high level of reliability
- Basic understanding of shipping, logistics, and supply chain processes
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
